RULES FOR NOMINATION These Rules are strictly implemented and if you cannot follow this set of rules then you need not to nominate your site. Rules Read all items carefully an understand them all! 1. You must have our button up on your site or your site will not be judged. 2. judges can nominate a site or their own site but can never judge their site to avoid cheating 3. hate sites and other anti harry potter sites are not allowed. 4. pornography, obscene and brutal sites are disqualified in the nomination. 5. Sites that contain rudeness or as such in any form will be disqualified 6. five category nomination is the maximum per site. 7. if ever you nominate a site that is not yours, contact me and that site's owner to put the button up. 8. Don't Nominate a site that is already in the nominated list. (makes my job easier) 9. If ever you make your own button for this site. contact me so that i will know. (or give me the URL so i can put it here.) 10.
